According to the New York Times, a judge in New York ruled that New York State cannot be forced to investigate the work of a psychologist at Quantanamo Bay. The judge ruled that there was no standing to bring the claim. The case was similar to the Trudy Bond case here in Louisiana. The Center for Justice and Accountability brought the suit.
