Dr. Marcia Beard, New Orleans licensed clinical psychologist, passed away June 13. She worked in private practice in the New Orleans area and had previously worked at the Veterans Administration in N.O. She earned her doctorate from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.
