In the December issue of the Louisiana Register, Governor Jindal ordered reductions in the Executive Branch. He ordered Medical Vendor Payments be reduced by $251,422,176. The next highest reduction was for the Attorney General, a reduction of $2,416,606.
Budget reductions also included $1,000,000 for the Division of Administration, $839,000 for Office of the Secretary, $600,000 for Office of Behavioral Health, and $496,293 for Office of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities.
