A measure addressing an issue with a 2015 law, exempting certain facilities that provide substance abuse and mental health services to specialty courts, from certified providers.
SB 210 will change wording to ensure that providers are qualifed. The measure passed the House, 90 to 2, and is pending in the Senate Health & Welfare committee.
