Dr. Melissa Dufrene and Dr. Kristin Fitch not only lead the way in the Louisiana OCD Association, and the OCD WALK, they created The Rise Center for OCD and Anxiety to reach more people and educate the public and also the profession about this serious, chronic disorder that cripples people in their everyday life. These two psychologists are confronting a shortage of specialized treatment and a lack of understanding in the profession that should have been addressed years ago. Well done ladies!
