The 2010 Legislative Session will begin on March 29th and is listed to adjourn no later than June 21st. Over seventy bills have been pre-filed and listed on the legislative website. Most of these have to do with civil law and governmental affairs. HB20 has been assigned to Health & Welfare, and concerns mandatory reporting of sexual abuse of adults.
