An Emergency Rule was published August 1 to continue the process for provisional licensure of psychologists related to Act 137 that took effect on August 1. Emergency Rules will remain in effect for 120 days. The Rule defines the applicant requirements, qualifications of supervisors, and includes a section on fees.
