The Psychology Times 2013 COMMUNITY AWARD INVOLVEMENT Bruce Galbraith, Paul Ceasar, Tim Fields, Joan Fischer, Diane Austin, and others in LCA

Eighty percent of success is showing up, we’ve all heard. To be able to get people out of their offices and off their couches, to get them excited and involved, to inspire them, takes a special type of talent.

The La Counseling Association’s leadership team was somehow able to balance and meet the needs of 11 growing divisions, each an association in its own right. It led to an overflowing, excitement filled convention, and a satisfied, engaged membership that continues to grow and contribute to the state’s counseling needs.

This year’s Involvement Award goes to the Louisiana Counseling Association leadership team, with President Bruce Galbraith, Past President Paul Ceasar, President Elect Tim Fields, Professional Development Chair, Joan Fischer, Executive Director Diane Austin, and others.
